Please read these terms and conditions carefully before scheduling an appointment with Magnolia Massage Therapy. By booking a massage therapy appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
  1. Appointment Booking: All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance by phone or text.
  2. Client Information: Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including contact information and relevant medical history, to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the massage therapy session.
  3. Payment: Payment for massage therapy session is due at the time of service. We accept cash, cheque and e-transfer. You will receive an RMT receipt to submit to your insurance provider and keep for your records. We do not do Direct Billing.
  4. Cancellation and rescheduling: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information regarding cancellation and rescheduling of appointments, including applicable fees and notice periods.
  5. Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns to the massage therapist before the session begins to ensure the appropriate treatment and avoid any potential risks.
  6. Confidentiality: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ personal and health information.
  7. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to make changes to our services, pricing, availability, and terms and conditions.
